The Saudi-led military coalition conducts Airstrikes on a prison complex in Yemen. According to the Houthi movement and  Red Cross officials, it killed many people. Moreover, The coalition is battling the  Houthis for almost four years in Yemen.  This coalition intervened in Yemen in March 2015 against the Houthis. After they overthrew the internationally recognized government from power in the capital, Sanaa, at the end of 2014.

The movement holds major population centers in Yemen has stepped up cross-border missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia in recent months. The Saudi-led alliance has responded with strikes on Houthi targets. Furthermore, The UN is trying to ease tension and to convince parties for talks to end the war. War is causing severe humanitarian crises in the region.

Moreover, This war is a proxy war between Iran and Saudi Arabia. In which Saudi Arabia is supporting the gvernment whereas Iran is supporting Houthis.
