Some Senior players of Sri Lanka refused to come to Pakistan for the series starting later this month. The Sri Lankan team is coming for upcoming one-day international and T20 series. Moreover, they have expressed their reservations regarding the security situation of Pakistan.
Senior players such as captain Dimuth Karunaratne, T20 captain Lasith Malinga and former captain Angelo Mathews refused to travel to Pakistan. Furthermore, Sri Lankan cricket authorities will meet with the players to assure them and get them to travel to Pakistan.
