On Saturday,10 August, North Korea has conducted two short-range missile tests in the sea. North Korea conducted these tests after US president Trump response over war games. Trump agreed with North Korean stance over US-South Korea war games. After this response, these tests mark the fifth launch by the state in recent week. Moreover, these tests are a violation of UN resolutions.
North Korea expressed its concerns over war-games between US and South Korea. Trump also backed the North Korean stance saying that he also never liked it.
Despite Nort Korean conducting of the short-range missile tests, the US still express hopes of meeting North Korean leader soon. Moreover, Trump also said that these are missiles of short-range. Trump also received a letter from North Korean leader Kim and appreciated it. US president asserted that a meeting between North Korea and US will occur in the near future.
